Hi, I’m Brett Cutts, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University, where I gained experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. With over three years of group practice counseling experience, I’ve helped individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, religious trauma, and finding meaning and purpose.
I primarily use existential psychotherapy, an approach that focuses on exploring your values, beliefs, and personal philosophy to help you build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I believe therapy is a space not just to address symptoms, but to gain deeper self-understanding and create meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, photography, reading, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. I’m also a proud cat parent to two furry companions who keep life full of surprises.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’d be honored to work with you.
